An eight-week course implementing strategies to help calm the mind and build a foundation of self-awareness of thoughts and emotions.
This course will cover:
– Recognising the energy systems (chakras) in the body and how these can influence our well-being
– Touching on reiki principles to help influence coping mechanisms in day-to-day life that we can implement within our own lives.
– Helping to build confidence moving forward.
This is a course designed for those new or who have touched the service of meditation or similar practices. You will learn techniques and the importance of grounding, and recognising your energy through visualisations and meditation.
Each week will focus on each of the body’s energy centres (chakras).
There are seven chakras in the body which will be covered, learning about how to bring awareness to how they can influence our well-being. In the last week, we will bring together all seven chakras for a full mind, body and soul-balancing meditation.
