This 8-week Hatha yoga course is suitable for complete beginners and people who have practised yoga occasionally. You will gradually be introduced to the basic postures practised that will support alignment while developing strength and flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
What the course covers:
You will explore relaxation techniques for body, mind, and spirit to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system.
Feelings of calmness and well-being can already be experienced after the first class.
